- Prepayment is required by credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express), Bankdraft or Check before an order is shipped.
- An exact address, local telephone number and a contact person must be clearly stated to ship the order.
- A qualification form must be on file with Pearson Assessments or completed and returned (someone at the organization must be qualified at or above the level of the tests ordered — A, B, C, etc.) before an order will be processed and shipped. (More information about qualification.)
- The product number and description must be stated along with the quantity of each item being ordered.
- Each order will be charged a $25.00 special handling charge plus the charges stated in our catalog.
- International customers will be responsible for all customs/duties.
