Designed originally for use with sleep problems, therapists have discovered the Kelliquilt adds a new dimension to treatment when used in therapy sessions with one or more clients. You'll have balanced, removable weight strips for adapting the quilt to clients of various ages and physical abilities (not recommended for children under 35 lbs. ). This handsome 66" x 44" natural-colored quilt is 50% cotton 50% polyester quilted broadcloth with bonded polyester fill and nylon tricot lining.
More therapists are discovering the effectiveness of the Kellivest as an attractive, efficient way to provide calming proprioceptive feedback to clients when in stressful situations in public, such as shopping, trips to the doctor, and other activities. Insert 1/2-, 3/4-, or 1-pound weight pouches into the four interior pockets (two front, two back). The medium and large sizes have double interior pockets, giving you a total of eight pockets.
