Measure, with confidence, the relevant skills of individuals applying for a wide variety of clerical jobs. Screen for skills by administering the full battery of tests or selecting any combination of the three subtests. Use the Clerical subtest to assess speed and accuracy in performing perceptual tasks (checking and alphabetizing) that involve attention to detail (7 minutes); use the Numerical subtest to assess arithmetic computation, numerical error location, and arithmetic reasoning (23 minutes); and use the Verbal subtest to assess spelling, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar(17 minutes).
